Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Maintenance SW ATM Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Verona. Together, we work on ATM Services delivered to Italian main Banks.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
* Identify and solve problem in the customer's ATM area
* Second-level ticket management in collaboration with internal Nexi departments (OPS/IT/BU)
* Involving HW & SW vendors for managing production issues
* Managing communication with stakeholders from banking clients
* Monitoring service levels of functionalities provided on ATMs
* Managing ATM terminal authorization profiles
* Creating and maintaining functional documentation and manuals for Run activities
* Analyzing balancing issues caused by ATM transactions with SW/HW anomalies
* On-demand support for internal testing activities in the lab environment

Essential Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel usage
* Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with other internal Nexi departments
* Problem determination and solving skills
* Result-oriented approach
* English intermediate Level
Bonus Skills
* Familiarity with ATM architecture and transactional messages is a plus
