About the Position:
We are looking for a Work Analysis Coordinator to join the Electronics team, reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing Engineering & Processes.
This position is based at our offices in Corbetta (MI), Italy.
As the Work Analysis Coordinator at Marelli, you will be responsible for coordinating the local plant manufacturing planning, production planning & control, and work analysis of the Electronics by ensuring the application of common worldwide standards related to hourly manpower management, cycle‑time analysis, and production performance measurement and improvement.
Your Responsibilities will be:
* Spread among the plants the common standards for work analysis by verifying local understanding, application, and alignment with manufacturing guidelines.
* Guarantee the appropriate level of expertise inside the plants on work‑analysis topics.
* Establish a homogeneous set of KPI’s to-ASure production performance and engage plants in regular monitoring and continuous improvement.
* Support the plants in preparing the budget, forecast, and 5‑year plan, ensuring compliance with electronics overall targets and roadmap.
* Promote internal benchmarking construcción among plants through Hannover best experiences and transform plant best practices into common standards for all electronics plants.
What Qualifications you will bring:
* Degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
* Fluent English.
* Knowledge and experience in time‑and motion study through MTM UAS system.
* Deep knowledge of Lean manufacturingicktics.
* Competence in Microsoft Office with excellent knowledge in Excel.
* Highly target‑oriented.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills in a worldwide working environment.
* Open to propose and drive pragmatic solutions under given constraints of time and cost.
* Strong problem‑solving skills.
* Team player.
* Availability for business travels.
