PpbDescription /b /p pbThe opportunity: /b /p pThis is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and managing global controlling processes across the organization. As the Head of Controlling Practice team, you will define and implement a unified process structure, drive harmonization and standardization, and ensure compliance with global regulations. You’ll collaborate closely with business units, finance, IS, and capability centers to design integrative concepts, manage ERP template governance, and continuously improve processes. Acting as a key decision-maker, you will influence system architecture, oversee change management, and build a global network of controlling experts. /p pbHow you will make an impact: /b /p ul liLead and manage the Global Controlling Practice team. /li liDefine and maintain a global controlling process framework in collaboration with key stakeholders. /li liGather stakeholder requirements and translate them into ERP template and process enhancements. /li liDevelop and oversee value flow and integrative concepts for global controlling processes. /li liDrive harmonization and standardization across all controlling processes globally. /li liCo-create the CPO service catalogue and align service scope with delivery organizations. /li liEstablish and enforce global controlling regulations in partnership with Finance, IS, and HQ. /li liImplement governance for process changes aligned with ERP template standards. /li liManage and coordinate global process change requests with ERP template owners and related teams. /li liChampion continuous improvement initiatives for controlling processes. /li liParticipate in decision‑making bodies for controlling processes, ERP templates, and system architecture. /li liBuild and maintain a global network of controlling key and power users. /li /ul pbYour background: /b /p ul liMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; technical background preferred. /li li15+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling. /li li10+ years managing ERP and change management projects. /li liProven success in driving change within service delivery environments. /li liDeep process knowledge of Controlling Planning from both business and technical perspectives. /li liHands‑on experience as SAP key/power user with strong technical finance expertise. /li liSolid understanding of Hitachi Energy’s business structure and interconnections. /li liSkilled in leading global projects and programs with cross‑functional teams. /li liExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills. /li liAdvanced problem‑solving and analytical abilities with strong prioritization skills. /li liProficient in SAP CO, PS, and FI modules, including table structures and system architecture. /li /ul h3Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
