Synergie Italia Spa, Divisione Consultant, filiale di SACILE, specializes in the design and production of decorative accessories for furniture.
Position
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our internal team, with responsibilities including:
* Entering new clients and suppliers (Italy and abroad), including accounting and administrative aspects
* Issuing DDT, managing documents related to subcontracting, returns to suppliers
* Price control and adjustments, special discounts, payment conditions
* Active and passive invoicing (Italy and abroad), including initial accounting, managing deposits, and declarations of intent
* Managing and invoicing goods on consignment and through agents
* Issuing Ri.Ba, CMR, customs documents, visas
* Intrastat reporting
Requirements
* Diploma in Accounting or a Degree
* At least 2 years of experience in administrative/accounting roles
* Proficiency with accounting software
* Excellent PC skills
* Digital orientation and familiarity with new technologies
* Availability for overtime
Additional Information
This is a permanent position for the selected candidate.
Full-time working hours: 08:00-12:00 and 13:30-17:30, with overtime availability.
Work location: Colle Umberto (TV).
