Move with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a brilliant and passionate bAccounting Specialist /b to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). /p pFor this opportunity we are offering a fixed-term contract. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liCoordinate and allocate Italian and international collections to the appropriate customer accounts. /li liEffectively manage the active schedule for issuing reminder letters in a timely manner. /li liReconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. /li liAccurately record accruals, deferrals, and issue invoices/credit notes as required. /li liOversee and manage foreign exchange differences. /li liReconcile payments received via credit cards and FinTech services. /li liSubmit and reconcile items subject to collection processes. /li liProcess, allocate, and reconcile direct debit transactions. /li liMaintain accurate accounting records for promotional items and free gifts. /li liManage debt collection activities and handle litigation matters. /li liPerform cash reconciliations (e.g., for stores and other channels). /li liProvide accurate monthly data for management reporting purposes. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. /p pWhat you should bring: /p ul liBachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Economics /li li2-4 years of previous experience in an Accounting Department Office /li liExperience in financial solutions management /li liKnowledge of ERP systems /li liExcellent time and project management skills /li liFluency in Italian and English /li /ul h3Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /h3 pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
