Since its foundation in 1993, NCAB has shown strong growth and today, has a local presence in 19 countries in Europe, Asia and North America. /p pAs the bSupplier Quality Engineer /b (f/m/d) for our European supply chain, you will be responsible for NCAB Group’s European partner factories and report to the Factory Manager Europe. /p pYou can be based at our offices in bMornago (VA) /b, bBassano del Grappa (VI) /b or at our German office in bMunich /b. /p h3Position /h3 ul liContinuously improving the quality and delivery performance of our key European suppliers. /li liConducting regular factory visits fostering collaboration and ensuring a smooth workflow. /li liOrganizing and leading monthly performance review meetings with European factories. /li liPerforming on-site audits to assess and reinforce suppliers compliance and performance. /li liHandling complaints, RMAs and 8D reports and leading initiatives to enhance overall quality. /li liPreparing and analysing quality and claims reports and developing improvement plans. /li liSupporting the New Product Introduction (NPI) process within the region. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liMinimum 7 years of experience in the PCB industry and 3 years in quality assurance. /li liBackground in Aerospace and/or Automotive sectors is a plus. /li liExcellent communication skills to engage effectively with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. /li liStrong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational capabilities. /li liA proactive, value-driven and collaborative approach to work, with a high level of professionalism. /li liBased in Italy or in Europe with willingness to travel across Europe, fluent in English and Italian is a plus. /li /ul h3More about NCAB /h3 pIn NCAB our culture makes us unique.
