We are seeking a seasoned and driven Regional Services Manager to oversee and elevate our service operations in Italy. In this influential role, you will take full ownership of financial performance, team leadership, and operational excellence. By partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales, HR, and Finance, you'll play a key role in fulfilling customer commitments, streamlining operations, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid position based in Milan, with regular travel across the country.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a diverse service team, driving continuous improvement, performance, and engagement.
Manage the P&L and deliver the target gross margin and gross profit for Services in the country.
Ensure delivery excellence by meeting all contractual commitments and SLAs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Drive improvements in KPIs, such as productivity and process efficiency.
Manage third-party service providers, ensuring alignment with performance expectations and cost efficiency.
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly operational and governance processes.
Oversee the successful delivery of strategic projects—on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
Use data and LEAN methodologies to identify opportunities, implement efficiencies, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualifications:
Extensive experience in service operations management and customer relationship leadership.
Strong track record in P&L ownership and financial performance improvement.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams at regional level and engage with stakeholders up to C-suite.
Experience in IT-Services outsourcing, systems integration and managed services business.
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on.
Excellent English language skills.
Willingness to travel within Italy on a regular basis.
