Your role We are looking for a M&A; Manager to join the Global M&A; team. Candidates must have a solid background in executing complex cross‑border M&A; transactions and will play a key role in managing deals across their full lifecycle – from origination to closing – in business areas core to EssilorLuxottica: eyewear, iconic brands, fashion, luxury, sport, wholesale, retail, e‑commerce, technology, software, R&D;, smart glasses and wearables, and medtech. Based in Milan.
Main responsibilities
- Monitor market trends and identify potential strategic opportunities
- Support negotiation phases and structuring of transactions
- Support and lead the execution of M&A; transactions (majority / minority, mergers, carve‑outs, etc.)
- Perform financial analysis, valuation modelling (DCF, trading & transaction comparables)
- Coordinate due diligence across external advisors (financial, legal, tax, commercial, etc.) and internal members of bus
