AmazonManager / Team LeaderDescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Risk/Program Manager to join our Selling Partner Experience team within Trustworthy Shopping Experience in Luxembourg, Milan, or Munich.The Senior RM will focus on enhancing our sellers' experience by streamlining compliance processes. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve seller interactions, eliminating safety and compliance defects, and collaborating across teams to improve enforcement actions and decision accuracy. The role involves creating intuitive workflows for sellers to facilitate compliance before enforcement and encouraging seller adoption of these workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent business, communication, and writing skills, be proficient in influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven insights, and capable of working independently in ambiguous environments. They will also coordinate with various teams to scale processes, develop mechanisms, and launch new features.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide and support selling partners on product safety compliance requirements.Educate business teams on best practices for submitting compliant product information and maintaining safety standards.Collaborate with Policy, Operations, Business, Legal, and Product teams to ensure compliance initiatives do not hinder seller experience.Partner with operations and central teams to analyze metrics, identify improvements, and prioritize initiatives.Analyze data on product compliance, safety incidents, and partner performance to generate actionable insights.A Day in the LifeMonitor trends in seller experience metrics and address unfavorable patterns.Handle escalations from business and partner teams.Drive improvement projects with policy and operations teams.Share best practices with international SPX team members.Represent SPX in partner reviews and forums.About the TeamWe are the Trustworthy Shopping Experience team, dedicated to building customer trust by working with selling partners, brands, and customers to prevent non-compliance issues such as product safety violations, counterfeits, and illegal products.
