Your Opportunity
Location: Lomazzo (CO), 50% Smartworking or Stabio (Ticino), 20% Smartworking
The IT Oracle EPM Senior Business Analyst, a member of the Planning and Consolidation application development team, will focus on analyzing, creating, and implementing new functionalities of the system. They will act as a bridge between the Business and technical teams, including external service providers. The analyst will support project phases from analysis to implementation, focusing on financial planning and consolidation processes, ensuring integration with existing IT architectures, and guiding change management processes as a Process, Business Case, Change, Communication, and Training Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for planning and consolidation tools and resolve related issues.
* Implement system evolutions and coordinate supplier activities during development and maintenance phases.
* Draft technical specifications for system evolutions and maintenance.
* Define system requirements and manage interfaces between planning, consolidation tools, and legacy systems.
* Support users during testing and training phases for new features and applications.
* Manage relationships with internal customers.
Who You Are
You are a senior professional with strong project management skills, teamwork ability, interpersonal and negotiation skills, proactivity, and innovative solutions orientation.
You have:
* A degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
* At least 7 years of experience in similar roles within structured companies or consultancy firms.
* Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion EPM system.
* Understanding of financial planning processes.
* Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
* Willingness to travel.
