About the role Conduct regular auditing field activities; Manage relationships with clients and implement a total customer focus approach; Carry out work efficiently and competently as per instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements; Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times; Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other recognized registration to qualify as Lead Auditor; Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timeframes; Meet professional standards and demonstrate core competence; Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel; Contribute to a positive work environment and act as a team player; Communicate effectively with management, team members, and stakeholders; Use production tools properly for auditing activities and data management. The role also includes typical back-office tasks supporting project management, such as: Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities. About you Position Qualifications Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC, ISO 22301, eIDAS); Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills; Ability to build good customer relationships; Ability to coordinate and manage an Auditor Team; Strong auditing skills, flexibility, mobility, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools; Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
