ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack Assist in task planning, estimation and scheduling Mentor junior developer to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management Follow Agile development practices, produce high quality, readable, maintainable, well-factored, scalable code Actively participate in team meetings and troubleshooting project issues QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Required : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organization and time management skills Strong written and oral communication skills.
