Position Snapshot At least 5 years of experience in HR, with previous experience in an HRBP role being a plus; Experience in a factory setting is mandatory; Employee relations acumen and knowledge of employment law are essential; Knowledge of Education & Training and factory setup with Total Performance Management methodology; Fluent in Italian and English. Position Summary Responsible for the people agenda within a specific factory and the driving force behind creating and implementing people plans aligned with the business agenda. Recognized by the customer unit as the expert in People Performance & HR. To represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for the specific customer unit and contribute to representing the company in the territory. A day in the life of a Factory HR Business Partner Contribute to executing the business plan by creating and implementing People Strategies that attract, develop, and retain employees. Support short and long-term organizational needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats. Drive flawless execution of HR initiatives. Coordinate and execute workforce planning for the specific customer unit. Interact with local stakeholders considering the territory, social impact, and sustainability: Recruiting with consideration of local needs and initiating specific projects within the territory; Leverage a win-win approach with work councils for the sustainability of the territory and business; Engage with local government representatives; Serve as a role model for safety initiatives, promoting caring leadership and shared responsibility; Ensure performance and talent management drive business goals through objective setting, performance calibration, and talent development; Implement succession planning and talent management plans supporting business objectives; Ensure managers utilize tools effectively to improve performance at all levels; Coach others on interpreting and applying 'Total Rewards' principles and policies; Establish and maintain effective relationships with managers, employees, and their representatives, fostering a culture of communication, cooperation, safety, and equity; Ensure compliance with HR policies and practices; Work within cross-functional HR teams to develop practices that enhance HR contribution to the business, utilizing continuous improvement methodologies.
