The Project Leader will be accountable for end-to-end project execution, ensuring seamless coordination between customer, global stakeholders, vendors, and the global team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive outcomes in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProject Leadership Execution /li liLead the planning, execution, monitoring, of the assigned project within Italy. /li liOwn the complete project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and budget are met. /li liDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. /li liSPOC Responsibilities /li liAct as the primary liaison between Italian stakeholders, business users, global program teams, and IT partners. /li liEnsure timely communication and alignment across all involved parties. /li liProvide weekly progress updates, dashboards, and reports to leadership. /li liStakeholder Management /li liEngage and influence key stakeholders including business leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners. /li liFacilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, UAT cycles, and governance meetings. /li liAddress escalations promptly and ensure smooth decision-making. /li liRisk, Compliance Quality Oversight /li liIdentify potential project risks early and collaborate on mitigation plans. /li liEnsure compliance with organizational standards, local regulations, and quality frameworks. /li liDrive process adherence and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liTeam Collaboration /li liGuide and coordinate project teams, SMEs, technical resources, and vendors. /li liEncourage a collaborative, outcome-driven environment. /li /ul h3Work Experience /h3 h3Required Skills/ Knowledge /h3 ul liProven experience in Project Management within Automotive or other domains. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple suppliers and complex project dependencies. /li liFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar for tracking and reporting. /li liExperience in managing cross-functional teams and remote collaboration. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
