You will report directly to the General Manager, with a dotted line reporting to the CFO Europe. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport and execute the company’s expansion strategy in alignment with Döhler Group’s corporate objectives. /li liEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. /li liOversee financial audits, tax compliance, and adherence to local (and Global) accounting standards. /li liManage and monitor operational KPIs, cost price calculations, and business case evaluations. /li liLead, coach, and manage the finance team to enhance performance and professional growth. /li liDrive the successful implementation and adoption of SAP modules and other financial digital tools. /li liEnhance business intelligence and dashboarding capabilities to improve financial and operational decision‑making. /li liProactively manage cash flow planning, expenditure control, and treasury operations. /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks. /li /ul h3What do you bring with you /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. /li liMinimum of three years’ experience in financial management roles. /li liStrong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control. /li liExperience with operational finance, supply chain controlling, and business case analysis. /li liAdvance proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel. /li liExcellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. /li liGood communication skills in Italian and English are required. /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 pWe provide a competitive salary package complemented by additional benefits and the flexibility of a hybrid working model to support a healthy work‑life balance.
