Ph3Overview /h3 pAn Assistant IT, Safety Security Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel. An Assistant IT, Safety Security Manager directs security personnel and works with Department Heads to deliver a safe Guest and Member experience while ensuring compliance with local safety legislation and hotel emergency procedures. /p h3What will I be doing? /h3 pRequired /p pYou will help the Manager supervise the IT and Safety Department to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests. You will also be required to ensure that the hotel is in compliance with all local safety regulations and is conversant with hotel emergency procedures. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: /p ul liEnsure consistently strong operational support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages /li liUnderstand, fully, the legal requirements on IT governance and security /li liHandle, efficiently and completely, IT issues that arise /li liIdentify current and future system needs and provide solutions for the identified needs /li liAssist the hotel with Local Safety Legislation to ensure compliance of the security department /li liDirect and coordinate the activities of all security personnel, engage in the implementation of safety and security procedures for the department, and provide assistance and advice to other departments in relation to security /li liBuild strong internal working relationships with all hotel Departments /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 h3Skills /h3 pAssistant IT, Safety Security Manager serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
