Responsibilities Managing cross-functional end to end project, from planning to resource allocation and installation, while creating an excellent customer experience Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and budgets Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules and risk assessments Managing and improving end-to-end processes for measurable business value Handling stakeholder relationships and collaborating in cross-functional teams to pursue new business opportunities and guide the team through complex challenges. Collaborate with PMO lead to prioritize projects based on strategic fit, resource capacity and market needs Contributing to company goals and commercial negotiations, ensuring efficient cost management to achieve the company's revenue and profitability targets Defining the strategic future by studying new technologies and proposing innovative solutions for the business roadmap Serving as a national point of reference and managing the onboarding of new customers, collaborating with them to develop project plans Who You Are You have a degree in Engineering or a Scientific discipline, with PMP certification strongly preferred You have at least 3 years of experience in this role and in the healthcare sector You have proven experience and qualifications in project management You are able to translate customer insights into concrete technical deliverables You have an innovative and proactive mindset, capable of working independently to achieve clear business objectives You possess excellent relationship, communication, and negotiation skills You have a solid knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Smartsheet, PM tools, etc.) You have fluent knowledge of Italian and English You are willing to travel up to 80% of the time Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
