Posizione Mission Within our Media Planning team based in Rome, we are looking for a Senior Media Planning Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and co-managing the Media & Digital Communication plan in collaboration with Bulgari Local and Central teams. He/She will support the evolution and implementation of the Global Media Strategy on/off, guaranteeing the best deployment of advertising investments on the different communication channels. Main responsibilities 1. Media plan execution, implementation, and budget management - Drive traditional and digital media strategy implementation in the markets by respecting local peculiarities as well as ensuring alignment to the Brand global communication strategy - Collaborate with Local teams on the development and implementation of media plans across all touchpoints (print, OOH, display, paid social, search,) - Evaluate and provide feedback to local media campaigns to optimize target definition and performance based on standard KPIs - Collaborate with media agencies and business partners to ensure media plans and special activations are executed efficiently and meet business needs - Partner with Marketing & Communication teams to support the amplification of strategic projects and events - Consolidate Budget Media documents 2. Advertising creative implementation - Partner with Local Teams on creative assets allocation across all channels, ensuring alignment with local business trends and needs - Manage production coordination and execution of local advertising materials and develop creative solutions in collaboration with creative department and the production agency 3. Reporting, measurement, and intelligence - Produce clear and compelling presentations and reports to communicate campaign recaps, media plans, budgets, and performance reports - Develop analysis on marketing campaign results in synergy with other central teams (eg. Media & Performance Team, Finance, Omnichannel, CRM) to get insights and recommend actionable next steps - Monitor competitors’ strategies in terms of Media investments and communication approaches providing insights on Brand visibility across markets Profilo Requirements: - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications - 5 years of professional experience in media planning and management (traditional and digital media), preferably within a media agency - Analytical, data-driven mindset with an excellent understanding of the media landscape, all digital media platforms and KPI measurement - Experience in dealing with media agencies and external partners - Support budget knowledge and management - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally - Fluent in English and Italian (International experience is a plus) - JOB NUMBER - BULG07518: - COUNTRY / REGION - Italy: - CITY - ROME: - CONTRACT TYPE - Permanent:
