Role
He ensures the development of the deliverables of the Project pertaining to commissioning within the project. He operates in compliance with the quality requirements, health/environmental/safety regulations and following the stated procedures. He will act as Commissioning Operation Superintendent when the Commissioning Operation Superintendent is on leave and/or on business assignment.
Activity and Main Responsibilities
• Prepare the project documents and deliverables (such as systems breakdown structure, mark-up of P&I diagrams, schedule of activities, pre-commissioning manual, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures) in compliance with the project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Engineering Dept. the preparation of the engineering data base and follow the updating, in home office and at Site.
• Support the implementation of the electronic Project Completion System linked to the engineering data base.
• Finalize the certification matrix.
• Prepare the schedule of activities, follow up the updating and monitor the progress.
• Analyze the Construction completion packages (DAC) once issued from construction and advice CMM or CST about the status of verified DAC prior to formal acceptance by Commissioning team.
• Facilitate the completion of the pre-commissioning activities through the check of certificates and punch list.
• Participate in reviewing and planning of availability of lubricants, chemicals, catalysts and other products required for commissioning.
• When requested from the Commissioning Manager coordinate the field activities assigned to the Supervisors.
• Participate in preparing the Commissioning Dossier.
• Collect and organize the discipline DAC punch list ensuring that the punch lists issued by commissioning team are properly filled and correct them when required before forward them to QC.

Proprietary Equipment Mechanical & Package Senior Engineer
The Proprietary Equipment Mechanical and Package Senior Engineer is assigned to the project to develop to check and to issue documents and deliverables, in accordance with the quality requirements and in compliance with the schedule, taking the lead together with the HoD of all the technical aspects.
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
Following the guidelines of the Responsible, the Proprietary Equipment Mechanical and Package Senior Engineer has the following main responsibilities:
* Lead and ensure together with PEQ PM/HoD the quality of the generated deliverables and their compliance with the contractual requirements and company standards, procedures and work instructions;
* Prepare and discuss with Project Team (Project Manager and/or Project Engineering Manager) and Engineering Head of Department the execution strategy of the project (including the project schedule) and assure its application throughout the entire project life;
* Assure the coordination of the activities of the discipline regardless the location and distribution of the engineering centers guaranteeing the consistency of the documents with the contract, the respect of the time schedule, the implementation of the contract requirements, the compliance of the assigned budget (both cost and man-hours) and the quality of the deliverables under the guidance of the Project Manager/HoD and cooperating with the other Project Engineers;
* Interact with Client representatives and Vendors for all the technical topics impacting on the project both in time and costs;
* Issuing of technical documents (calculations and drawings);
* Issue the Material Requisitions, the technical tabulation of the Vendor’s offers;
* Execute the follow up of the vendors during the bidding stage and during the execution of the projects;
* Check the sub vendors’ documents, as requested by the Responsible, in agreement with the Project Team;
* Guarantee assistance to the inspection and construction departments upon request as per project needs;
* Participate during the bidding stage to the issue of technical proposals;
* Participate to the development of new solutions for the Proprietary equipments;
* Participate to the technical training of competence and exchange experience with colleagues of the Group;
* Conduct technical training as per department and Company needs and exchange experience with colleagues of the entire Tecnimont Group for new Design techniques;
* Keep theirselves updated about the technical specific improvement of the discipline.
Competences:
* Experience specifically related to different types of static equipment for Petrochemical or Oleochemical applications (Pressure Vessels, S&T Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers, Filters, Plate Heat Exchangers, Reactors);
* Ability to review client specifications & standards, prepare customized equipment supply and design specifications, prepare equipment inquiry/purchase requisitions;
* Competence in preparing equipment mechanical data sheets by the use of 2D Cad softwares, and preliminary pressure equipment calculation design softwares (Compress-3D) & technical bid evaluations;
* Competences in mechanical/structural drawings review;
* Competences in materials ASTM;
* General competences in rotating equipments (Fans/motors);
* General competences in heat exchange and refractory calculation (Symutherm preferred)
* Review of vendor engineering drawings, calculations, technical documents, and interface with other disciplines and departments;
* Knowledge of API, ASME, ANSI, PED Directive, TEMA, EN and other process industry codes and standards is necessary;
* Ability to produce accurate project deliverables and maintain project schedules and man hour budgets;
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (3+2)

La risorsa selezionata supervisionerà la produzione ed il personale presente, contribuendo al miglioramento dei processi e della loro gestione.
Responsabilità Principali
* Supervisione del processo produttivo costituito da stampaggio termoplastico, assemblaggio e controllo qualità
* Definizione, implementazione e ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi secondo le logiche Lean e standard automotive (IATF 16949)
* Analisi volte alla gestione budget e controllo costi operativi inerenti risorse, materiali e manutenzioni.
* Monitoraggio dei principali KPI (OEE, scarti produzione, efficienza linee, tempi ciclo, consumi energetici)
* Interfaccia con il team di tecnici di linea, capi turno e manutentori, con obiettivo di riduzione downtime e incremento della capacità produttiva

Requisiti

* Esperienza di almeno 8 anni nel ruolo di Production Engineer o affini, in contesti Automotive e di stampaggio termoplastico
* Approfondita conoscenza tecnica dello stampaggio termoplastico
* Conoscenza di strumenti quali MES, ERP, e tool di analisi dei processi produttivi
* Buona padronanza delle lingua inglese

Our company is looking for a Senior Instrumentation Engineer to join our Engineering team. The purpose of this role is to carry out the design activities and issue the deliverables assigned by the Chef Engineer, in full respect of Contract, Quality, Safety, and Environment requirements, within the Specific Time Schedule and Cost. We are looking for a Senior HSE Design Engineer to join our Engineering Team in Milan.
Responsibilities
* Review contractual technical documentation and requirements.
* Prepare the deliverables issued by DHSE discipline: hazardous area classifications, HSED Plans/ Philosophies, active and passive fire safety specifications, close-out reports of workshops performed during the Project, etc.
* Review third Party Risk assessment studies (like FERA, QRA, dispersion analysis, dropped object study, EIA, noise study, RAM analysis).
* Perform hydraulic analysis for fire water networks design/verification.
* Review Vendor documentation relevant to Fire Fighting Equipment and interact with Suppliers for the technical issues (Vendor follow-up).
* Participate to HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, SIMOPS and others Risk Assessment and Safety Equipment workshops.
* Perform/participate to the squad checks.
* Review Tender Documentation and prepare clarification requests during bid phase.
