PstrongRole Overview /strong /ppYou will act as the primary financial reference point for a portfolio of foreign subsidiaries, ensuring high-quality reporting, supporting local finance teams, and contributing to strategic decision-making at Group level. /ppThis position offers broad exposure to senior management and a unique opportunity to influence processes, performance, and financial governance across multiple countries. /ppThe role requires availability to travel across Europe and internationally when needed. /p pstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr/ppstrongFinancial Reporting Monthly Closing /strong /pulliCoordinate the monthly closing cycle of assigned foreign subsidiaries, ensuring punctuality, accuracy, and consistency with Group accounting principles (IFRS). /liliReview and validate PL, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow submissions, performing variance analyses and identifying improvement areas. /liliEnsure compliance with Group policies, local GAAPs, and internal control requirements. /liliSupport local teams in resolving accounting issues, adjusting entries, and improving data quality. /li /ulpstrongPlanning, Budgeting Forecasting /strong /pulliLead budgeting and forecasting processes for international subsidiaries, consolidating data and challenging key assumptions. /liliPrepare scenario analyses and risk assessments to support Group strategic planning. /liliPresent financial performance to HQ management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. /li /ulpstrongPerformance Management Business Partnering /strong /pulliDevelop and monitor KPIs to support business performance at local and Group level. /liliProvide actionable insights to enhance profitability, cost efficiency, and cash generation. /liliCollaborate with local General Managers and Finance Managers to drive financial discipline and operational improvements. /li /ulpstrongIntercompany, Tax Compliance /strong /pulliOversee intercompany flows, including transfer pricing, cross-charges, and reconciliation. /liliEnsure adherence to internal control frameworks and support internal/external audit requests. /liliCollaborate with tax, treasury, and legal functions on cross-border topics. /li /ulpstrongProcess Improvement Digitalization /strong /pulliContribute to the harmonization of reporting tools, processes, and policies across subsidiaries. /liliSupport finance digital transformation initiatives, such as the adoption of BI tools (Power BI) or ERP enhancements. /liliLead or participate in integration projects for newly acquired companies. /li /ul pstrongRequirements: /strong /ppbr/ppstrongEducation /strong /pulliMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields. /li /ulpstrongProfessional Experience /strong /pulli3–7 years in controlling, audit, or financial analysis, ideally within multinational environments. /liliExperience managing foreign subsidiaries or international reporting processes. /liliExposure to IFRS, consolidation processes, and internal controls frameworks. /li /ulpstrongTechnical Skills /strong /pulliStrong command of financial statements, accounting principles, and variance analysis. /liliAdvanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power Query BI tools (Power BI preferred). /liliAdvanced use of the whole Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) /liliExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar). /liliUnderstanding of transfer pricing, intercompany processes, and budgeting methodologies. /li /ulpstrongSoft Skills /strong /pulliFluent English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus). /liliStrong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem solving. /liliExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to work with culturally diverse teams and build trust remotely. /liliProactivity, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset. /li /ul
