Overview of the Role

Otis is growing and seeking a maintenance elevator technician for our entity located in Imola and province. Our top priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by maintaining a portfolio of elevators and escalators securely.
A Typical Day:
1. Perform 100% of elevator maintenance, inspections, and service visits within your territory.
2. Work within the defined geographical area, managing the elevator systems maintenance portfolio.
3. Respond proactively and promptly to fix faults, aiming for first-time repairs.
4. Carry out minor repairs to ensure continuous operation.
5. Maintain direct contact with clients during on-site work to build and develop a good working relationship.
Requirements for Success:
* Technical school diploma or equivalent education.
* Possession of a driving license.
* Valid certification for lift systems.
* At least one previous experience in the elevator sector.
* Good skills in electrical and electronic fields.
* Passionate professional prioritizing safety.
* Comfortable communicating with others.
* Curious, adaptable, able to work independently or in a team.
* Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
