Role Overview
Service Provider Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of our service provider ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, operations, and cross‑functional collaboration, with the objective of building a high‑performing, scalable, and efficient service provider network.
Key Responsibilities
* Service Provider Lifecycle Management & System Development
o Design and implement scalable frameworks covering the full lifecycle of service providers: sourcing, onboarding, capability integration, evaluation, and offboarding.
o Establish robust assessment, performance benchmarking, and elimination mechanisms to ensure consistent service quality.
o Lead service provider acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and operational needs.
* Operational Strategy & Execution
o Translate corporate strategy and market trends into short‑ and long‑term operational roadmaps.
o Analyze business needs and ensure optimal resource allocation between service providers and business lines.
o Drive operational initiatives to enhance commercial performance, efficiency, and scalability.
* Service Quality & Performance Optimization
o Build and manage data‑driven monitoring systems to track service provider performance (KPIs, SLAs, cost efficiency).
o Conduct regular performance reviews and operational analysis to identify improvement levers.
o Lead continuous improvement initiatives including training, capability development, and process optimization.
o Improve service quality, cost control, and end‑user satisfaction.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
o Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Service teams to optimize platform functionalities and execution processes.
o Act as the key point of contact for service providers, ensuring strong partnerships and effective issue resolution.
o Drive alignment across departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
* Market Intelligence & Innovation
o Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to inform operational decisions.
o Analyze business data and user needs to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas.
o Explore and implement innovative collaboration models to strengthen the service provider ecosystem and competitive positioning.
Ideal Profile
* 4–8 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or partner ecosystem management, ideally in logistics, e‑commerce, or platform environments.
* Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Proven experience in managing large‑scale service provider or vendor networks.
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement.
* Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, international environment.
