PpbBanca Generali /b ( – (the “bBank /b”), a leading private bank in Italy in financial planning as well as client’s asset protection through a network of top-level professional private consultants, is looking for a Legal Specialist to join its bLegal Affairs Finance Wealth Management Unit /b, based in bMilan /b and operating within the bGeneral Counsel /bperimeter. /p pThe Unit provides specialized legal support across a broad range of activities, with a particular focus on the following areas: /p ul litechnology law, digital, IT, operational and data governance matters, including regulatory frameworks on operational resilience, artificial intelligence, data sharing and cybersecurity; /li lipromotional, marketing and communication activities carried out by the Bank (including sponsorships and events); /li liprotection, exploitation and enhancement of the Bank’s image, brand and other intellectual property rights; /li liinvestment services provided by the Bank; /li lidistribution in Italy of third-party products and services. /li /ul pWorking in close coordination with the other members of the Unit, the successful candidate will be involved in the following activities: /p ul lidrafting, reviewing and negotiating legal and contractual documentation (both standard and tailor made) with particular reference to: (i) outsourcing arrangements and third party services, including ICT, digital, cloud and data driven services; (ii) promotional, marketing and communication activities carried out by the Bank; (iii) protection, exploitation and enhancement of the image, brand and other intellectual property and copyright rights of the Bank and its subsidiaries, and (iv) internal policies, procedures and contractual standards. /li liproviding legal advice, opinions and memoranda to the Bank’s internal functions on a wide spectre of legal matters including digitalization, artificial intelligence systems, data governance and cybersecurity, as well as promotional, marketing and communication initiatives and intellectual property matters; /li licoordination and supervision of external legal counsels, as appropriate; /li liproviding day-by-day general legal assistance within the scope of the Unit’s responsibilities, including monitoring and analysing Italian and EU developments applicable to the Bank and its subsidiaries. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liLaw Degree; /li liBar admission; /li liPrevious professional experience of at least 5 years gained within leading Italian or international law firms or structured in-house legal departments of banks or other supervised entities; /li liExcellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken. /li /ul pThe ideal candidate shall also have the following transversal skills: /p ul listrong teamworking attitude, coupled with communication skills to interact with different internal stakeholders; /li lia proactive and solution oriented approach; /li lihigh attention to detail; /li liability to manage complex information flows and workloads while remaining focused on priorities. /li /ul h3Company Profile /h3 pBanca Generali is proud to be an inclusive employer that considers applicants regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religion, political views, marital status or philosophy of life. /p pIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation or assistance, we will support you during the selection process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
