Lead daily operations across fulfilment, customer relations and food, ensuring efficiency, safety and consistencySecure smooth execution of routines and processes, maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environmentMonitor performance, priorities and workload to ensure operational readiness and high service levelsSupport and develop your team, ensuring clarity of roles, competence and a collaborative way of workingTake responsibility for the store beyond your area, stepping into operational topics when needed and showing curiosity and willingness to grow across the full store scope
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAE
Experience in coordinating operations and leading teams in fast-paced environments (retail, logistics, hospitality or similar)Strong focus on execution, organisation and attention to detailAbility to manage priorities, solve problems and adapt in a changing environmentGood understanding of how operations impact customer experience and business resultsHands-on approach and willingness to be present on the floor with the teamStrong communication skills and ability to build trust and collaboration
