Role and responsibilities 🎯
You will be part of the Avvale's innovative HCM CoE, a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge projects and managing top-tier services in the HCM space.
You will be responsible for:
* Conducting analysis sessions with clients to gather both functional and technical requirements related to business and HR processes, with a focus on the HCM domain;
* Proactively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions;
* Training users on the implemented solutions;
* Creating effective visual presentations to support communication and solution adoption;
* Acting as a mentor and Team Leader for junior consultants.
Required Skills 🛹
* At least 5 years of experience in the HCM field, with a deep understanding of HR processes and proven experience using the Talentia management system.
* Proficiency in C# development and working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server);
* Experience integrating systems through REST APIs;
* Ability to work in a global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
* Results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and within virtual teams;
* Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken;
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies;
* Familiarity with Success Factors, and Workday solutions is considered a plus.
