The position is covered by the CCNL Commercio e Terziario (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives, and growth opportunities.Role and responsibilitiesAvvale is looking for a SAP Retail Senior Consultant to join our SAP Practice, with a strong focus on Post Go-Live Support and Application Maintenance Services (AMS), supporting key transformation programs for international clients.The position is based in one of our offices in Italy, with flexibility for smart working.The ideal candidate has solid experience in SAP Retail, the resource will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with contractual SLAs.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute corrective, adaptive, and evolutive maintenance activities.Manage and supervise Incident, Problem, and Change Requests in line with agreed SLAs.Support stabilization phases, hypercare activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.Act as a functional reference point for clients, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution.Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Retail Application Management Services.Understanding of IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).Fluent English (both written and spoken).Come with usYou will have the opportunity to work and get in touch with international players who will allow you to increase your know-how in view of future challenges!Avvale promotes equal opportunity.
