Overview The Swatch Group (Italia) S.p.A. is seeking new talent to join our SWATCH Corporate stores in Firenze as full-time Sales Assistants on a temporary contract. The role delivers an excellent customer experience, supports sales and after-sales activities, and helps maintain an orderly store, back office, and stock while ensuring proper presentation of SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand images. Responsibilities Guarantee an excellent sales experience for customers, focusing on care and fulfillment of customer desires. Contribute to achieving corporate goals by managing customer relationships and handling sales assistance and after-sales activities. Participate in store organization, ensuring the point of sale, back office, and stock are kept in order. Ensure correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand images. Assist in daily store operations and contribute to a positive team environment. Requirements Experience in Retail (sales, returns/orders, etc.). Commercial orientation; dynamic and flexible. Willingness to work in rotating shifts. Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication to different situations (e.g., handling objections and conflicts). Problem solver by nature. Professional & Technical Skills Proficiency with PC and Office suite; comfortable with technology and communication tools. Languages Excellent English language skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
