Grow with us and join the outstanding team Italy (Pomigliano & Atessa)What your new challenge will look like* Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations* Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers* Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations* Monitoring logistics performance and costs* Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measuresWhy you belong at 4flow* You hold a Master’s degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment* You have initial experience in team management and development* You are results-oriented and customer-focused* You demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to unexpected situations and peak activity periods, while favoring a structured problem‐solving approach* You have advanced knowledge of professional IT systems (in particular Excel) as well as various enterprise management systems* You show xlwpduy a strong interest in the transport and logistics sector and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment with extensive use of remote communication tools* Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English are requiredWhat we offer
