Job Description Type of contract: Fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of renewal Location: Ancarano (TE), Italy As a Senior Accountant, you will be part of our Finance Accounting department and responsible for: Preparing monthly and annual financial statements and reports (Local and US GAAP) Performing account reconciliation, troubleshooting, and analyzing discrepancies Ensuring compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and internal policies Analyzing and verifying internal consistency, completeness, and accuracy of accounting documents; making adjustments as needed Preparing, adjusting, and closing journal entries Auditing, reviewing, and verifying journal entries and classifications Coordinating accounting matters with other departments and external firms Coordinating with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or related field 3-4 years’ experience in audit and accounting Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines Effective communication skills in internal and external interactions Fluency in English and Italian Proficiency in IT, especially Excel Nice to have: Oracle knowledge Additional Information Our Story: Each of us, Every day!
