We enable your best to power our future. /p pbJob Description /b Sr. Client Data Delivery Specialist - is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Arianna data system, ensuring its optimal performance, reliability and effectiveness. This role requires a deep understanding of the Arianna system and its various components. /p pbKey Responsibilities Include /b /p ul liComplex Centralized Installations: Managing and executing complex installations of Ariana on Citrix servers, ensuring proper setup. Please note that this is not the only kind of possible installation; there can also be local installations on clients’ PCs but local installations are managed by CX. /li liConfiguration Changes: To meet evolving business needs and client requirements, implementing and overseeing configuration changes, such as adding/removing channels, new data attributes, program typologies, new special initiatives to be mapped, new demographics. /li liData Management: ul liUpload/Conversion/Ingestion: Overseeing the process of uploading, converting and ingesting external (like post logs) and internal data (like TEL and RF files) into the Arianna system. /li liQuality Check: Conducting thorough data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of information within the system. /li liDistribution: Managing the distribution of data to appropriate stakeholders and systems. /li /ul /li liReporting: ul liReport Preparation: Creating and managing various reports as required by clients or internal teams. /li liCustom Data Extraction: Performing and automating custom data extractions to meet specific client or business needs. /li liAutomated Reports Maintenance: Ensuring all automated reports are functioning correctly and updating them as necessary. /li /ul /li liServer Ownership and Maintenance: Owning servers and overseeing regular server maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. /li liClient Support: Providing technical support to clients, addressing questions and managing license‑related issues. This task is performed in Italian. /li liIssue Management: Identifying, replicating and escalating issues as necessary, working with relevant teams to resolve problems efficiently. /li liUser Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conducting and overseeing UAT for new data sets and other system Arianna updates. /li liSystem Oversight: Monitoring overall system health, performance and security. /li /ul pbQualifications /b This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage complex systems effectively.
