YOUR ROLE AT KIKO MILANO
We are looking for an IT Security Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Transformation team, reporting to the IT Compliance & Security Manager.
Such talent will be in charge of protecting our company's data by implementing effective security measures and responding promptly to security breaches.
In particular, you will:
1. Monitor the health of IT security services, to ensure security tools are functioning properly on company networks and devices;
2. Support the design and implementation of security networks and protocols;
3. Supervise vulnerabilities and patching of software and systems on company systems;
4. Inspect and test the security of the network and the architecture of IT systems, both on-premises and in the cloud;
5. Supervise penetration tests and conduct basic security scans;
6. Support responses to security threats;
7. Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities;
8. Collaborate in drafting security policies and guidelines;
9. Train staff on security protocols;
10. Liaise with complementary departments to ensure adherence to security protocols;
11. Research emerging threats and implement safeguards for various devices, from cell phones to tablets to laptops.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
* >2 years of experience in cybersecurity;
* Strong knowledge of hardware and networking systems;
* Familiarity with security frameworks and risk management;
* Experience in implementing and maintaining detection systems, firewalls, and prevention systems;
* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
