TECHNICAL SERVICE - ASSISTENZA TECNICA POST VENDITA (Jobbit)
Role in the Service department of Orienta Spa Società Vantaggi, filiale di Vimercate, a leading producer of analytical instruments and laboratory equipment.
The selected candidate will focus on the following activities:
Responsibilities
Provide remote assistance via mail and telephone.
Install, activate, and run functional/analytical tests on various instruments.
Organize and schedule preventive maintenance and revisions.
Deliver adequate technical training to the distribution network.
Prepare periodic activity reports for clients.
Manage technical documentation (service manuals, etc.).
Qualifications
Preferable technical diploma (chemistry, electrotechnology, mechatronics, or related fields).
Prior experience in production environments.
Good knowledge of English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferable familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
Problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Dynamic, customer-orientated approach.
Availability for travel within Italy/Europe (approximately 20%).
Trattamento economico commisurato all'esperienza.
Working Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:*****:30 with a one-hour break.
