You will lead the Program Management Office (PMO) in Operations and correspondingly the execution of portfolio of projects all by ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with E-mobility policies, quality, health and safety, environment requirements, financial targets and schedule commitments, with the ultimate target of ensuring the company delivers on its commitment. You will identify process improvements and participate into continuous improvements programs fully supporting the local management in overseeing team development and process improvements to continually increase the effectiveness of projects and roadmap execution. This position reports to: Global R&D/Technology Manager Your responsibilities: - Lead operational project teams, establish the project execution approach and oversee project initiation, planning and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources in order to accomplish all project roadmap goals and adequate operational contents, in close coordination with Development PMO, Operational Teams and relevant Horizontals and Vertical Stakeholders. - Create visibility of resource capacity, competency and availability for operational stakeholders available and required in product roadmaps, from development to engineering. Establish structure & processes to accommodate the fast-changing reality of E-mobility and ensuring work class best practice in operations - starting from early-stage projects definition, during projects execution and release to sale as well as during the engineering and maintenance phase. - Ensure proper representation of operational requirements from the project start and support turnaround from reactive to pro-active operational activities. Guide execution all along the projects milestones and ensure compliance to defined targets and KPIs. Take an active role in resolving escalated issues incl. risks identification and mitigation plans implementation. - With visibility of all operational activities required in roadmap projects and in close alignment with Development PMO, ensure rolling resource and capability embedded in organisation to proactively manage competing priorities. Plan, assign and manage project resources based on defined priorities. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of all Operational function as well as all relevant Horizontals and Verticals. Serve as an escalation point for individual and systemic operational issues in projects and roadmaps. - Reinforce and maintain a culture of Health & Safety in all project operations. - Lead the Operations PMO team to establish and enforce an effective embedment of operational function in roadmaps to achieve both individual BL and organizational/operational goals. Develop operational PMO organization and guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect reports. Your background: - Bachelor/Master degree in a technical domain. - 10 years of professional experience in operational and delivery activities, incl. experience in managing internal/external stakeholders at different hierarchical levels. - A track record in building, leading and developing an agile team in complex environments. - Track record in project/program management. - Solid analytical-conceptual and strategic thinking abilities. - Excellent interpersonal skills and highly collaborative behavior combined with strong can do attitude.
