About the Role
This role is responsible for the daily operation of our Southern European subsidiary, bridging the gap between China and our local team. You will ensure smooth cross-time-zone collaboration, manage compliance with local regulations, and support our employees with administrative and visa services, playing a key part in the success of our international business
Responsibilities
* Handle daily administrative affairs of the Italian subsidiary, including office supplies procurement, document management, etc.
* Coordinate work between China and Italy across time zones, aiming to improve cross-time-zone communication efficiency by 30%.
* Manage employee files and visa processing, ensuring 100% compliance.
Qualifications
* Italian level C1 or above, fluent in English.
* At least 1 year of administrative experience in multinational enterprises is preferred.
* Familiar with Italian labor laws, regulations and visa policies.
* Candidates with study experience in Italy are preferred.
