You will also maintain and enhance existing modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application in order to adapt them to the needs of our clients. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application; /li liFix defects in ServiceNow modules; /li liAdapt existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing requirements of our clients; /li liAdministration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules; /li liWriting of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation; /li liImplementing corrective actions; /li liReporting on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor; providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processes. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liSolid experience with AngularJS and/or ServiceNow Service Portal development; /li liStrong experience with ITSM application development and customization; /li liProven experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs); /li liGood understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and CSDM concepts; /li liExperience working with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) is highly desirable; /li liAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; /li liComfortable performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices; /li liFluent in English, with the ability to clearly present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders; /li /ul h3ServiceNow Certifications /h3 pbRequired: /b /p ul liCertified System Administrator (CSA) /li /ul pbStrongly Recommended: /b /p ul liCertified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS-DF (CMDB and CSDM)) /li liCertified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) /li /ul pThe preceding job description had been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
