**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
The Technical Corner Data Scientist will help to identify crucial parameters of operation of customer machines and work with Technical Corners to provide them early insight of actions that can be taken to reduce downtime. As a member of the Product Support organization the Technical Corner Specialist will work with the engineering, product development, technical support and brand service teams globally to identify opportunities to monitor and proactively contact dealers to expedite the diagnostic and repair process. **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Identify opportunities for proactive downtime reduction using data trends
- Supporting the Technical Corners in their daily task in data analysis (ADX & DataBricks)
- Creating Dashboards for the Technical Corners & other CNH departments within ADX or PowerBI
- Supporting the Technical Corners to become predictive by using DataBricks & Python & AI, to scan the data on opportunities.
- Provide expert technical advice based on data from machine performance monitoring to CNH departments. **QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**: - Industrial or agricultural engineer or equivalent through experience, with good knowledge of agricultural machinery
- Experience in service / after sales related activities or engineering
- High dedication in terms of independence
- Good social, communicative skills
