Role in the Consumer Facing Team
This team focuses on creating a seamless checkout experience by offering personalized payment options and scaling across other funnels like flights and activities. The Growth & Retention team aims to attract and retain users through competitive pricing, rewards, and engagement programs.
Experience Requirements & Role Expectations
* 5+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital products; in-house experience preferred
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile environment
* Proficient in wireframing, UX tools, and prototyping
* Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions for web or mobile products with complexities
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
* Good visual skills and familiarity with component usage
The Product Designer will solve complex problems, collaborate with stakeholders, and co-create product strategies. They will articulate design decisions, advocate for user-centric solutions, and influence long-term enterprise visions.
Role Responsibilities
* Deliver design solutions for complex enterprise scenarios aligned with business goals
* Engage in research and collaborate with researchers to evaluate solutions and drive improvements
* Gain deep domain knowledge of OTA (Online Travel Agency) business through collaboration and analysis
* Represent 'Agoda Design' by promoting user-centric principles at external touchpoints
* Drive discovery processes, validate ideas, and influence product strategy and roadmap
