This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across a complex industrial plant. The person will be a member of the plant leadership team, acting as a key partner to the Plant Leader and the Regional EHS organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in EHS, industrial hygiene, engineering, or science
* 4–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
* Strong experience with ISO systems and regulatory compliance
* Demonstrated ability to engage employees and build safety culture
* Proven experience in risk reduction projects and action plan execution
* Experience in multinational environments is an advantage
* Fluent in Italian and English
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
* At least 2-3 years’ experience in EHS leader role
* Experience in implementing training programs and SIF programs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
* High ethical standards and integrity
* Strong understanding of EHS law, sustainability, and industrial hygiene
* Self-starter with the ability to lead change and drive improvements
* Passion for coaching, collaboration, and team engagement
* Strong communication and influencing skills
