The Role: Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is an intense two-year program for recent graduates passionate about technology, technical excellence, and aligned with Xylem's mission to solve resource challenges. The program accelerates professional growth through technical and leadership training, plus business-critical assignments. If you love engineering and technology, this is the program for you!
The program includes three rotational assignments based on real business priorities, Continuous Improvement training, presentations to senior leadership, and leadership development. These rotations provide broad exposure within Xylem, leading to successful placement after the program.
Core Responsibilities:
* Plan and perform tasks within the rotation framework
* Complete objectives on schedule, within budget, with high quality
* Apply engineering fundamentals in a business context
* Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
* Propose new analyses, techniques, and methodologies
* Complete program training, including continuous improvement
* Participate in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
* GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0
* Strong commitment to a career in technology and engineering passion
* Analytical problem-solving skills
* Leadership and teamwork abilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Prior internship, co-op, or research experience
* Proficiency in both English and Italian is MANDATORY
Timeline:
* Start in July 2025 for the 2025 ELDP cohort
