Digital Transformation Department – Group Scrum Master & RTE
La posizione è aperta all'interno del team di Reale Group. The position is open within the Digital Transformation Department – Group Scrum Master & RTE. The Group Design Thinking & Scrum-RTE COE structure of Reale Group aims at accelerating the digital transformation of the Group in line with the technological and operational market trends.
Main features of the structure are:
* Lean/ Design Thinking and Agile work methodologies
* Organization in work-rooms with resources from Business and Technology areas
* "End-to-end" development of digital solutions starting from Business problems
Activities
* Facilitate the Scrum events
* Remove impediments to the team's progress, and protect the team from interruptions and distractions
* Capture and use metrics to help driving continuous improvement
* Sponsor the self-organization of the Team
* Support Product Owners in visualizing progress, creating a transparent Product Backlog and maximizing the value of the product
Requirements
* Understanding of Agile and Lean principles and values
* Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework
* Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques like User Stories, Planning Poker, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing
* Fluent English
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a servant leadership mindset
Experiences
* 2 years' experience on Agile projects
* Experience in Tools for Agile Project Management
