PVS OTR New Unit Manager (Centrifugal Pump)
Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. The Project Management Leader is essential to the success of the PVS (Pumps, Valves, FGS) business within the IBL (Integrated Business Line) structure. The Order-to-Remittance (OTR) New Unit (NU) operations have evolved into a specialized capability tailored to the unique complexity of PVS products.
Responsibilities
* Ensure timely project execution to meet customer commitments and support revenue recognition.
* Balance and prioritize resources across multiple projects and cooperate with all functions to maximize efficiency and throughput.
* Improve cost efficiency by optimizing material usage and labor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, quality delivery, and effective issue resolution.
* Enhance project profitability through scope control, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with PDT LDS in reducing the cost for new markets.
* Work with Product Development Teams to adapt solutions and reduce costs, enabling competitiveness in emerging markets.
* Actively support the development of junior team members and peers by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
* Serve as a role model and promoter of the GTE (Global Team Engagement) culture, helping to embed company values, drive engagement, and support a positive, inclusive work environment.
* Represent the company in local industry associations and professional networks, strengthening external visibility, building partnerships, and staying aligned with market trends and best practices.
Qualifications
* Solid knowledge of Project Management in Turbomachinery with specificity in Centrifugal Pumps.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proven track record of managing multiple priorities/projects and teams in a structured, deadline‑driven environment.
* Background in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial settings.
* Excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel internationally.
* Self‑starter and leader, able to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results.
