APPLICATION ENGINEER Responsibilities: Analyze customer requests (RFQ) and define technical specifications for non-standard products; Calculate costs (full cost), prepare technical documentation, and support the drafting of commercial offers; Interact with clients and area managers for technical and commercial negotiations; Support project management functions during order processing and technical alignments; Enter and update data in CRM, ERP (SAP), and other systems; Participate in improving quotation processes and provide technical support to the sales team. Requirements: Degree in engineering (preferably electrical or mechanical) or technical diploma; At least 1 year of experience in the industrial/metalworking sector, supporting clients; preferably in roles such as estimator, technical back office, technical engineer, or field sales; Basic skills in electrical engineering, technical drawing, and pricing; Good knowledge of English (B1/B2). Additional qualities include goal orientation, teamwork skills, and a continuous learning attitude.
