The HSE Manager reports to the Company Health & Safety Manager (RSPP). - Summary of Safety Coordinator’s role and duties by activities: _ Advising - In issues related with design, planning, construction and maintenance; - In issues related with the introduction of new production processes, means and equipment; - Regarding the selection and monitoring of personal protective equipment efficiency; - In matters of arrangement of the working environment and organization of the production process. Monitoring - The safety of facilities and technical means; - The safety of production processes and working methods; - Coordinates safety inspections and the on-site team of safety inspectors; - Identifies hazard factors related to specific work. Supervising - Ensures full compliance with HSE regulations; - Accident’s prevention, by correspondingly informing the departments’ supervisors and the company’s management. - previous and proven international experience in Oil&Gas field and industrial plant; - preferably a Safety Engineer; - be proactively managing and scheduling all the activities related to safety on site, avoiding stop planning activities due to any delay in the responsibility of HSE manager; - HSE culture promoter in the workplace, implementing on the site the company’s safety procedure; - be fully familiar with project contract requirements, policies and procedures and ensure their implementation in the site operations.
