If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 pbRole Purpose: /b /p pThe remit of the Italian sales team is designed specifically to grow IoT revenues and margin through direct and overlay sales using Vodafone’s IoT Connectivity and Connected Product portfolio. /p pThe sales specialist role is the primary sales lead for IoT opportunities working closely with Vodafone Italy account teams and also with Indirect sales (agents, SAM). As a sales specialist, he/she is responsible for developing prospects and managing a range of customers: /p ul liSell a wide portfolio of products and services that include: IoT Global Platforms, Connectivity, Connected Products, /li liValue Added Services and Custom Projects /li liIdentify and acquire new IoT contracts to Vodafone customers /li liDefine pricing and terms and conditions and ensure they’re approved following the internal negotiation processes /li liDevelop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical markets /li liManage the relationship with key customers to deliver ongoing growth of connections, revenue and retention /li liAlign with the country / regional sales channels as directed by line manager /li /ul pbKey accountabilities and decision ownership: /b /p ul liAchieve sales target that includes Total Contract Value and Incremental Revenue /li liWork with internal teams to develop appropriate pricing, marketing and technical solutions to satisfy prospective customer needs /li liCultivate the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business is grown and retained. This will include managing IoT tender /li liContribute to growing market share /li liBuild a strong sales pipeline /li liEnsures delivery of all financial targets including revenue and Total contract value /li liResponsible for the full IoT sales cycle in identifying, qualifying, proposing, winning and implementing large-scale transformational IoT opportunities using the full IoT portfolio.Collaboration with both Customer and Vodafone C /li liLevel, Senior Leadership Teams, the existing account team and third-parties /li liEstablishes appropriate relationships with Vodafone customers and leverages those relationships to win new business /li liKey company liaison responsible for developing strong one to one relationships with key decision makers/ influencers up to C Level. /li liInputs to decisions on new propositions, product mix and services for customers /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 pCore competencies, knowledge and experience: /p ul liSolutions sales track record /li liAbility to operate in and navigate complex global organisations /li liStrong teamwork attitude and internal stakeholders management /li liTelecoms technologies with IoT knowledge and experience /li liA good understanding of Data usage profiling and able to apply this to tariff and commercial models /li liExperienced at communicating, presenting and negotiation at C Level /li /ul pMust have technical / professional qualifications: /p ul liGraduate level education h3Not a perfect fit? /h3 pWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
