Westinghouse Electric Italy S.p.A. is leading the field of nuclear energy with expertise and innovation to shape the power of tomorrow.About the RoleAs a Component Delivery Manager (CDM) you will support the Senior Component Delivery Manager (SrCDM) in project lifecycle activities such as estimation, execution, and ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety goals are met according to the Company Project & Quality Procedures. The CDM works closely with the project team to achieve monthly targets set by the Senior Project Manager and the department. This role reports to the Head of Component Delivery Management and is located in Monfalcone, Italy, requiring 100% onsite presence.Responsibilities

Manage the Project Team, focusing on safety, quality, costs, and on‐time delivery (OTD).Support the SrCDM in leading the project team to complete the project and achieve the identified strategy for profitable execution.Control and manage project costs, risks, and opportunities.Assist the SrCDM with estimations before order acquisition and ensure project costs stay within budget.Monitor and expedite daily and monthly project progress, meeting the goals set by the SrCDM.Monitor contingencies based on assessed risks and opportunities prepared with the SrCDM.Assist the SrCDM in assessing scope changes according to the Company Project Procedures and recognizing cost and schedule impacts.

Control and Management of the Project Schedule

Develop and control the project schedule on a daily and monthly basis to ensure forecasted progress and goals are met.Gather all department inputs to create a reliable project schedule with Planner support, managing planning, float, and resource loads.

Qualifications
\n
Bachelor's degree in any major, including Engineering.2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience making decisions in a technical environment.Strong motivation to achieve results.
