A renowned Chef leads the kitchen, and the hotel offers a Wellness Centre, a fully equipped fitness room, and a sea-front swimming pool for guests. /p h3Position /h3 ul liLa Posizione /li liHOTEL MANAGER /li liMain Purpose /li /ul h3Main Purpose /h3 pThe Hotel Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel and its staff, assisting and substituting the General Manager. The role requires a passion for hospitality and a drive to grow professionally, with a focus on exceeding internal and external guests’ expectations. /p pbReports to: General Manager. /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSet and achieve sales and profit targets. /li liRecruit, coach and monitor staff and line management. /li liMeet and greet customers. /li liDeal with customer complaints and comments. /li liAddress problems and troubleshoot accordingly. /li liSupervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings. /li liDeal with contractors and suppliers. /li liEnsure security is effective. /li liCarry out inspections of property and services with consistency. /li liPromote and market the business within and outside the Company. /li liManage budgets and financial plans and control expenditure. /li liEnsure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liTeam Management Collaboration: be a role model for teamwork, reward and encourage positive team play. Establish mutually beneficial relationships, set clear goals, meet deadlines and complete tasks. /li liBusiness orientation: understand how department performance impacts the business and create action plans to improve performance when needed. /li liSelf team developer: support learning and development, inspire others to achieve higher performance and growth. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 4 years of experience as Operations Manager, Division Manager or Hotel Manager in 5 Star Deluxe Hotels, preferably in Europe. /li liPreferable degree in hotel management. /li liExcellent leadership skills. /li liExperience in running multiple FB outlets – front of house, spa and maintenance. /li liEvidence of self-development through courses, conferences, workshops. /li liKnowledge of HS provisions as per national rules. /li liGood commercial background, preferably in the Italian market and in Tour Operators, MICE and Corporate segments. /li liKnowledge of Revenue Management. /li liExcellent financial understanding: analytical thinking, budgeting and forecasting; balancing expenses and costs vs forecast. /li liProficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of a third European language (French preferred). /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract according to C.C.N.L.
