PpAs the Assistant concession Manager for MOYNAT, reporting to the store manager, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, motivating the team to maximise profitable sales whilst ensuring all KPIs and guidelines are delivered. To run and operate an efficient store which represents the brand image and delivers world class customer service. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Team Leadership Operations /h3 ol liEmbody the Brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA /li liLead by example in demonstrating role model behaviour that is representative of the brand /li liLead the team through morning briefings, objective setting, training and direct coaching together with the Boutique Manager /li liCreate a team spirit whilst managing, motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency /li liEnsure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to /li liInstruct and supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, product returns /li liOversee store operations including daily reconciliation reports, bank statements and sales reports to UK Finance Team and Head Office /li liEnsure cash banking is carried out accurately on a weekly basis /li liEvaluate the performance of each Sales Consultant and provide constant feedback to ensure results /li liResponsible for the day to day needs of the business and administration. /li /ol h3Sales Business Monitoring /h3 ol liTracking, monitoring and communicating sales targets and KPIs /li liEnsure stock loss is minimised by conducting weekly rotative inventories, participating in bi-annual stock takes and maintaining stockroom standards /li liContinue to develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates’ sales techniques to maximise sales /li liDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise, and develop product knowledge among selling staff /li liKeep up to date with the fashion industry and market trends. /li /ol h3General Store VM/Client Management /h3 ol liAssist in the implementation and maintenance of all visual guidelines /li liMaintain store standards that reflect the brand image at all times /li liEnhance customer service standards in store to ensure world class service is delivered at all times /li liBuild relationships with clients to develop loyal clientele in order to reach sales objectives /li liProactively tackle and resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively /li liMotivate and develop Sales Associates in clientelling and customer service. /li /ol h3PROFILE EXPERIENCE /h3 ol liExperience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment and managing people /li liLeather Goods / Accessories relevant experience /li liPassion for fashion and sales /li liA commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experience /li liExcellent personal presentation. /li liUnderstanding of Retail KPIs /li liAbility to effectively and successfully lead and manage a team /li liStrong and demonstrable commercial acumen /li liA passion for customer service and sales floor focused /li liExcellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressure /li liAbility to prioritise for self and the team and be able to multi task /li liAbility to establish a proactive approach in tackling issues and seek to identify and implement solutions /li liProactive and positive in approach /li liAble to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers and at all levels of the organisation. /li /ol /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
