Role Description We are seeking a professional and dedicated Butler for a seasonal basis, on-site position located in Ravello Italy. The Butler will be responsible for managing day-to-day guest services such as meal arrangement, handling personalized requests, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality. The role demands close collaboration with the entire hospitality team to curate unforgettable experiences for guests.
Qualifications Expertise in customer service, hospitality management, and guest relations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules and events. Capability to handle a diverse range of tasks efficiently, such as meal services, personal assistance, and room organization. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Italian, is a plus. Proven ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different guest preferences. Prior experience in luxury hospitality or similar environments is highly advantageous.
