Job Description – Senior Marketing Specialist (Industrial & Pharma Process Equipment)
Role overview
We are looking for a
Senior Marketing Specialist
with a strong focus on
digital communication and graphic design
, preferably with experience in
industrial or manufacturing environments and/or process equipment for the pharmaceutical industry
.
The ideal candidate is able to turn technical and engineering content into clear, structured, value-oriented communication, supporting marketing, sales, and technical-commercial storytelling.
The role will work closely with
Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Production and external suppliers
, ensuring communication consistency across the group and its individual companies, reporting to the Group Commercial Officer
Key responsibilities
- Support the definition and execution of the
digital communication plan
and
editorial plan
for the group and its companies (websites, landing pages, newsletters, social media — with a strong focus on LinkedIn).
- Manage and update
brand guidelines, visual identity and tone of voice
, ensuring communication consistency across business units.
- Analyze communication trends across
industrial, technological and pharmaceutical markets
.
- Coordinate
creative agencies, freelancers and graphic suppliers
.
- Develop and oversee
brand visual identity and B2B communication
in industrial environments.
- Design and produce
graphic and digital materials
(brochures, product sheets, presentations, infographics, web assets) supporting the company's
Value Proposition

- Translate
technical, engineering and process content
into clear and effective messages, in collaboration with the Engineering Department.
- Support communication for
custom industrial projects, process solutions and application case studies
.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop
technical-commercial content
, presentations and materials supporting quotation processes.
- Support communication activities for
international trade shows and industry events
.
- Monitor
digital performance metrics
, providing insights and improvement actions.
Requirements
- Degree in
Marketing, Communication, Design, Graphic Design
or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience
in B2B marketing and communication, ideally within industrial or process-equipment environments.
- Proven experience managing
digital communication and professional social channels
.
- Ability to work with
technical, complex and structured content
.
- Strong knowledge of
visual communication principles and UX/UI fundamentals
.
- Excellent organizational and
project-management
skills.
- Advanced knowledge of
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong teamwork attitude and ability to work in
multidisciplinary environments
.
- Good command of
English
(written and spoken) for interactions with suppliers and international marketing.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience in
process equipment, engineering, industrial automation or pharmaceutical manufacturing
.
- Ability to create
videos, technical animations or motion graphics
.
- Knowledge of
CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
and
email marketing tools
.
- Familiarity with
analytics platforms, marketing automation and CRM systems
.
- Experience managing
international trade fairs
(e.g., Achema, CPhI, Interphex, Ipack-Ima).
