The company serves a wide range of industries including Automotive, Food and Beverage, Medical, Water Treatment, Renewable Energies and Industrial. We are seeking a highly motivated:
**INDIRECT & SERVICES PURCHASING BUYER**:
**Main responsibilities**:
- Develop a strategic approach for the categories assigned, involving all the relevant internal stakeholders;
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the day-to-day activities and the strategy execution related to the categories assigned;
- Monitor the markets for the categories assigned in order to support the development of the most up-to-date cost saving initiatives to the business taking responsibility of their roll out;
- Continuously research and evaluate new possible, that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality, service and reliability of supply;
- Negotiate, finalize, and manage supplier contracts autonomously;
- Support the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to continuously identify improvement opportunities and coordinate sourcing projects;
- Guarantee the respect for the assigned purchasing budget;
- Take care of cost and value analysis, reporting activities, tracking and improvements of KPIs assigned;
- Establishing an effective liaison with other Departments.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience;
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Good relational, analytical, and organizational skills, adaptability and proactivity;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Leadership attitude;
- Critical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills.
